CANDIDATE SELECTION AND PROCESSING STEPS

Listed down below is the generic Selection & Mobilization process, but please note that the process varies depending on the Position, Country and Employer you are selected for

CV Submission and Interview

If your resume is shortlisted by the Employer for technical Interview, our team will notify you and co-ordinate for the same

Selection and Job Offer

If you pass the Interview, you will be provided with a Job Offer stating your Position, Salary, Job Location, Other Benefits etc.

Medical Test

After acceptance of Job Offer, you maybe required to undergo a Medical Test from approved Panel of Doctors to ensure you are physically FIT for the Job.

Credential Verification / Certificate Attestation (Not applicable to certain divisions/departments)

We undertake credential verification of your Educational, Experience, License/Professional Registration.We also undertake Background verification and previous employment reference checks to ensure the candidate has submitted authentic and correct information. Subject to the Role, Country of Employment and your division, you may have to attest your certificates from the following Ministries as a part of your Employment Process:


  • Ministry of Human Resource Development (HRD)
  • Ministry of External Affairs
  • Embassy attestation (depending on the Country you are selected in).

** Please note that Distance Education/ Open Schooling / Online Education obtained qualification is not accounted for. Applicants with fake/forged documents are blacklisted

Visa

Once you complete your documentation and credential verification successfully, your VISA is issued by the Employer.

Ticketing and Emigration Formalities

Once you have received your Visa, our representatives will co-ordinate with the Employer to arrange for your Airticket and Emigration Clearance if needed.

Departure Orientation

All the travelling candidates have to report to our Office for a Pre- Departure Orientation regarding the Rules and Regulations, Labour Laws, Social customs, their safety and work profile while abroad and a firsthand information of the work environment in the County of Employment.
